Repair

Used Tire Warehouse will follow its "Puncture Repair Procedures" to determine if your tire is safe to be repaired. If deemed Repairable by Used Tire Warehouse, the tire will be repaired at no expense under this converage.

Replacement

Our 12 Month warranty program can save you the extra expense of unexpected tire replacement. If your tire becomes unusable due to a road hazard related mishap and cannot be repaired, we will replace it. While Used Tire Warehouse will remount the tire for free, there will be a cost for rebalancing the replacement tire of $15.00. Coverage extends to such damage as irreparable tread punctures, damages from potholes, nails, glass and jagged metal which causes cuts, snags, punctures, impact damage and rim cuts. Vandalism or deliberate acts as determined by Used Tire Warehouse will not be covered.

Warranty Duration

Duration is 12 months from the date of purchase or after redemption, whichever comes first. You must have the original receipt and tire to redeem. The tire must have never been dismounted or mounted by anyone other than Used Tire Warehouse. Due to the nature of our unpredictable supply, we cannot guarantee the same brand/model or tread depth of the replacement tire. A comparable tire will be used should we not have a matching tire available. Covered to 2/32" tread depth. Off road, racing or commercial vehicles are not covered. Nontransferrable and must be purchased at the same time of tire purchase. Any mechanical or alignment related issues contributing to tire condition will void this agreement. Used Tire Warehouse reserves the right to reject claims tht are deemed deliberate.
